Random Interesting Projects

Variety of projects that I work on from time to time where there is an opportunity to make a difference in helping to make fit happen more effectively in organizations.

  • Designed and validated a selection system for Tier 1 supplier, impacting plants across North America.
  • Designed a strategic, competency-based Talent Management system for a nation-wide healthcare system. Resulted in a peer-reviewed case study of the approach (see "About Us,"  above, for a copy.
  • Designed and validated a competency-based hiring and on-boarding system for a national bank
  • My very first consulting project was for a national bank in Charlotte, NC. Completed a job analysis and hiring protocol for a regional temp staffing agency. The job: single-pocket proof machine operator.  The job probably doesn't exist anywhere, anymore!
